Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AdsNetra ("AdsNetra," "we," "us," or "our"). AdsNetra is an online advertising and listing platform for businesses and the Korean-American community, with free and paid plans. You can contact us at support@adsnetra.com. By creating an account, posting an ad, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AdsNetra. If you use AdsNetra on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@adsnetra.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Our Role

AdsNetra provides space for businesses and users to publish ads and listings. We are not a party to any transaction between advertisers and users, and we do not make, sell, inspect, endorse, or guarantee any product or service advertised on AdsNetra. Please use your own judgment before dealing with any advertiser.

4. Your Content

You are solely responsible for the ads, text, images, logos, prices, and claims you post ("Your Content"). You represent that you own or have permission to use all of Your Content and that it is accurate, not misleading, and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and distribute Your Content to operate and promote AdsNetra. We do not guarantee that any user content is accurate or lawful, and we may remove any content at our discretion.

If we help create or edit your ad text or images, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the final ad before it is published. Your approval confirms that the ad is accurate and that you have the rights to all materials you provided.

5. Advertising Standards

All ads must be truthful, comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws (including Federal Trade Commission rules), and accurately describe your business, licenses, prices, and offers. Ads may not:

  • make health, cure, or results claims that you cannot support;
  • claim licenses, certifications, awards, or affiliations you do not have;
  • use "guaranteed," "lowest price," "best," or similar claims you cannot substantiate;
  • disparage or impersonate competitors or use another business's name, logo, or images without permission; or
  • include false prices, bait-and-switch offers, or hidden fees.

We may review, reformat, reject, or remove any ad, and we may ask for proof of licensing for regulated businesses (for example, real estate, insurance, contractors, health care, legal, and tax services).

6. Prohibited Ads and Activities

You may not use AdsNetra to:

  • post fraudulent, false, or misleading ads or listings;
  • advertise illegal products or services, or cannabis, tobacco, vaping, alcohol, weapons, adult content, or gambling;
  • promote get-rich-quick, multi-level marketing, debt relief, payday, or high-interest loan offers;
  • offer immigration, legal, medical, or financial services that are not provided by properly licensed professionals;
  • collect other users' personal information without consent, or send spam or bulk messages;
  • impersonate any person or business, or access another user's account;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights, or post defamatory, harassing, or hateful content; or
  • hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with AdsNetra, or access it by automated means without our written permission.

7. Paid Plans, Billing, and Taxes

Paid plans, their features, placement, ad limits, and prices are described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by emailing support@adsnetra.com.

Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be added where required by law.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

8. Beta and Promotional Offers

If you receive a free or discounted plan during a beta or promotion, the offer lasts for the period stated on the Pricing page. When the offer ends, your plan will automatically convert to the regular paid price unless you cancel. We will email you at least 30 days before the conversion, and you can cancel at any time before it.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

When you cancel a paid plan, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period on a prorated basis, as described on the Pricing page. We do not provide refunds when we suspend or remove ads or accounts because of a violation of these Terms. If you have a billing problem, please contact support@adsnetra.com before disputing a charge with your bank so we can try to resolve it.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Advertising on AdsNetra gives your business visibility on our platform. We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, inquiries, customers, sales, or search engine rankings. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, price, location, and market demand. Placement or a "featured" label does not mean we endorse your business.

11. Reporting Content

You can report ads or users that you believe violate these Terms by using the report button or emailing support@adsnetra.com. We review reports in good faith, usually within 2 business days, and may remove content or suspend accounts. We are not obligated to monitor all content, and a decision not to act on a report is not an approval of that content.

12. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on AdsNetra infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@adsnetra.com that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the location of the material you believe is infringing; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

13. Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of AdsNetra. We will give advance notice of important changes when reasonably possible. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we will refund the unused portion.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove your content, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the law, or to protect users or AdsNetra. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@adsnetra.com. If you disagree with a decision, email us and we will review it.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

ADSNETRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ADSNETRA WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO ADSNETRA WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your products or services, your use of AdsNetra, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@adsnetra.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or on AdsNetra at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use AdsNetra after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your plan and close your account before the effective date.
