1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how AdsNetra ("AdsNetra," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use adsnetra.com. Questions: support@adsnetra.com. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Account information: email address, name, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), and optional phone number.
• Business and ad information: business name, ad text, images, prices, category, contact details you choose to show, and optional location or service area. Ads are public by design.
• Billing information: plan, billing history, and the last four digits and expiration date of your card, provided by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Support messages and reports you send us.
• Usage and device information: pages viewed, ad views and clicks (used for your performance reports), browser type, approximate location from IP address, and log data for security.
• If you use nearby search, we use an approximate location or area you provide to show results; we do not store your device's precise location.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide and operate AdsNetra; publish and display your ads; process subscriptions, renewals, and refunds; send service emails, such as receipts, renewal notices, beta-conversion notices, and performance emails; respond to support requests and reports; detect fraud, spam, and abuse; improve the service; and comply with law. We send marketing emails only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Public Information

Ads and the contact details you include in them are visible to anyone. Do not include information in an ad that you do not want to be public.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. To understand how AdsNetra is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, our own first-party usage analytics, and, where enabled, Google Analytics, which uses cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• service providers that run AdsNetra for us, under contracts that limit their use of the information: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database and login), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and Google (analytics, where enabled);
• the public, for ads you publish;
• authorities or other parties when required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to prevent fraud or imminent harm; and
• a buyer or successor if our business is transferred, subject to this policy.

7. How Long We Keep Information

• Account and ad information: while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except as below.
• Expired or removed ads: hidden (archived) 90 days after they expire or are removed, and permanently deleted about one year after they expire or are removed.
• Billing records: kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes (generally seven years).
• Security logs: up to 12 months.
• Reports and records of actions taken under our Terms: up to 3 years, to handle disputes and repeat violations.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can view and edit your account and ads in your account settings. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing support@adsnetra.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some information as described in Section 7. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and bot protection, and we rely on reputable service providers that encrypt data in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Washington law.

10. Children

AdsNetra is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Location of Data

AdsNetra is operated in the United States, and your information is stored in the United States.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or on AdsNetra at least 14 days before they take effect.
